The room was spacious with effective air conditioning. The door was difficult to unlock and the noise was bothersome.

the door into the room is warped and difficult to unlock, not to mention ridiculously noisy. I expected a proper breakfast, but alas, nothing was provided. woudl ve been nice to have an upgrade for all these inconveniences, but apparently that's too much to ask. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had a pleasant stay with a comfortable air-conditioned room and reliable WiFi, but the bathroom could use some improvements. I’d definitely come back for the good price!

It was just a solid selection for a city escape in Merida with good value. The ceiling fan worked great and helped cool the room during the night.

There were towels, body soap, and linen available. A fan helped keep it comfy, and the wardrobe provided good storage. Spa facilities looked nice, but I didn't get to use them.
